We had LG Burton Design produce blueprints for the city when renovating our house for wheelchair accessibility . We had a consultation and discussed what we would like and he offered his input as well. We were very happy with the redesign on our limited budget. He was very professional and quickly produced the blueprints so we could fast track necessary renos . Very happy customer.

Took money up front but did not do anything or return any work after 4 weeks and went MIA into the wind. I got some chicken scratch on a piece of paper.

Quickly delivered. Appearance of good professional design but a lot disregard for customer preferences. You will not receive any explanation where his concepts will collide with your ideas. This departures from your ideas are unexplained and covered. Disrespect for client concepts. Unless you are willing to hire another designer to investigate what's wrong and where something you would never accept is hidden, look somewhere else.
Terrible experience. Expensive as well.
