Furnace / AC Install & Duct Work
My experience with Bruce Home Comfort was one of the best experiences I have ever had and I highly recommend engaging them for any furnace / AC / humidifier / duct work that you could possibly need.
I was connected to Bruce Home Comfort through an individual who sold me my furnace. Jason (the owner) came by, and was extremely thorough and professional in evaluating our unique situation and making specific and honest recommendations about what was needed (and what wasn't needed!).
Jason and his exceptional and courteous team arrived and installed both the furnace and air conditioner, working with the water heater company (who was also replacing the unit) and redoing any piping / electrical / ducting necessary to optimize the structure and functionality of our home air system.
Jason and his team did this diligently over 2 days, and discovered several gas leaks which were the result of the poor job done by the water heater company, and Jason and his team stayed at my house until they patched it up themselves, and fixed any outstanding issues, without penalty to me for the extra effort of their amazing team.
Their punctuality, amazing; quality, second to none; price, competitive; follow-up, like no other.
