Called in a very simple customer service complaint (for the sake of him training his staff better...not to get some kind of refund or other special treatment) and was basically told that he didn't believe me. Just sat there on the phone, giving nothing.
You can spot this kind of guy a mile away: it's all friendly as long as you are friendly. The moment you have a complaint, he closes his eyes and ears like a toddler and says "la la la."
Well, I won't be back.
