He discussed our options, gave us the pros and cons of each furnace, made some recommendations and the next day we had the installers in. David Bissonnette was a professional and very fast at getting the job correct, a pleasure to have a person doing a job with old school morals. The two guy's that put in furnace and removed old where outstanding, at the end wasn't even like they were there except for the new unit. Over and above what was expected and the only thing I have is a thanks for the service.

Technician Mike arrived as scheduled,
performed the work expeditiously, and took out the old filter. Mike is a very mannerly and knowledgable person that we trust to service our heating and air conditioning system.

Professionally done. Salesman was courteous, work was arranged promptly. Installers were great about answering questions, did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves.

Nate arrived on time, very thorough and pleasant. Everything was cleaned up. Very professional, explained what had been done, how to properly clean the firplace glass. Would definately use this company again.
