Nissan Air

We have been using Mason from Nissan Air as our HVAC service tech for well over 10 years. He is extremely responsive, and has even come out on holidays or peak times when he knew we had a small baby at home so that we would not be without heat or AC for long. He has pretty much rebuilt our furnace over the years by replacing only the components that need it, but even with all repairs and service work it has still been cheaper than buying a new one! He has even (correctly) diagnosed problems over the phone or from videos we sent, and has told us how to resolve them in ways that actually avoided a call out. He is always on time, with the correct equipment and parts, he cleans up thoroughly after his work, and is up front about fees right away. He often is able to give us different options on how to address a problem, and lets us make the decision based on finances and time (although we always wind up following his recommendation, because he has never steered us wrong!). We had a failed heat exchanger on Dec 31, 2021 which would have red tagged us, and Mason replaced it and got us up and running ASAP. Recently we had a weird noise that turned out to be a defective grommet - Mason charged us the nominal fee for parts and no call out charge. You cannot find a more honest and up-front experienced HVAC tech - we would never call anyone else, and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking.

Tried the furnace before the heating season to make sure everything was good to go and as luck would have it it wouldn't fire up.
Nissan Air came to mind because of the installation of our air conditioner in 2018 and of the excellent job that Mason did.
Called him at 10:30 in the morning said he would come within an hour which he did.
Mason inspected the furnace and burners were rusting out, said he could get the furnace going but couldn't guarantee how long it would last also telling us that the furnace was 23 years ( wow how time flies). So of course go with a new furnace. Life of a furnace is 15 to 25 years.
This was on a Thursday afternoon Mason said he would be back Monday morning at 8 with the new furnace Monday came and Mason was here at 8. Installed the furnace and installed my new nest thermostat.
Excellent installation very thorough in his work and lots of information from him re the furnace.

Mason was prompt to book the evaluation and showed up on time. He did a thorough inspection before providing us with advice on the best option for our property and needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. At no point did we feel like we were being "sold", in fact we actually felt that Mason educated us.

The install went smoothly. Mason arrived at the pre appointed date and time. Everything went to plan. Mason was very professional and left the place clean. Dealing with him has been a pleasure.

Mason was quick to come over and replace our original furnace. He did a fantastic job, explained everything and was very professional. I highly recommend Mason and Nissan Air for any heating/cooling needs.

We have been using Mason for our heating and cooling needs for the last 15 years. Mason has fixed and rebuilt our furnace, fixed our air conditioner, and this year replaced our air conditioner. Mason is always available and provides us with a detailed explanation of the problem and options on how to fix it. We called him this summer after it seemed our house was not cooling as well as before, we walked him through our issues he said with the air conditioner being 18 years old it sounded like the compressor. He told us the two air conditioners he had available the pros and cons of each and was over within an hour to start the job. In 5 hours our house was back to cooling. Mason is the only guy we will call.

Nissan answers emails and phone outside of business hours, which is very convenient considering that equipment typically doesn't break down between 8am and 5pm. He's flexible with his appointments, arrives on time, very knowledgeable about the heating and cooling systems and his prices are competitive. Will definitely recommend.

I use Mason for maintenance on my KeepRite furnace and AC units The furnace and A/C units are getting older, but Nissan Air is able to keep the units in top working condition. Always honest and professional service every visit. Highly recommended.
