Monsieur/Mr. Claremont Duval demonstrates a passion for art, true Canadian art, which is matched by so few.
My family and I are so very proud, and blessed to be among the list of owners of original Claremont Duval paintings, paintings rich in Canadian Culture - the culture of logging camps - the indigenous ties to land and nature. Claremont's graphic artistry is certain to capture the realism that often presents itself through harmony, conflict and compromise with nature and a blending of the same, as an historical view in Canada's logging industry. These Tres, Tres, Absolutement Belles (very, very, absolutely beautiful) paintings compliment the beautiful compilation of Mr. Duval's soon to be released Le Foret Rouge / Red Forest graphic novel.
What I (my family and I) enjoy most about Claremont Duval is the personal touch he adds to the sales and promotion of his work. Mr. Duval takes time to share the story, his story, the inspiration(s) that serves as a catalyst to the passion behind each artisitc creation. To these stories Mr. Duval adds a delicate blend of sophistication and timely humour.
Merci Beaucoupe, Claremont from our family to yours,
