Ozone Duct Cleaning

Have used Ozone for duct cleaning services twice and they have been fantastic both times - super friendly, efficient and also always helpful.

An "Other Duct Cleaner," was so sloppy and incompetent, I was very nervous about hiring another duct cleaning service after they failed to complete the work. Enter Todd and his sparkling clean van, clear communication, and Swiss watch-like process. Working alone, there was no idle banter with coworkers. He was SO focused, in the zone, hour after hour. He just did the work, but always happy to answer questions. I had lots of questions because I like to know what is going on and how things work. He did things like, for example, put a towel AND a plastic corner protector against the wooden newel post at the bottom of the stairs, then bungie corded it in place. Every single register cover was removed carefully and put back perfectly. There was not a speck of dust anywhere. I was present for the whole job, as I own this fourplex and for my tenants' security, accompany all contractors while they work, but after an hour or so, I felt like I was on a day off. At no time did Todd need my help with anything. There were no problems. You know when you hire somebody to do one thing, and then you wish you had more things for THEM to do because you just trust them to do whatever they say they can do? That's how good Todd is at being a professional service provider. There is no higher praise. And as for all the ducts and vents, they are perfectly clean. Thank you, Todd.

It's been about 8 years since our last duct cleaning so it was long overdue. Todd (owner/operator) at Ozone did the last cleaning and we were very happy with the results. They are not a fly-by-night operation and Todd takes a lot of pride in doing the job right. They might not be as cheap as some of the other companies out there but Ozone really does the job properly. Very impressed with the thorough job Todd did cleaning and disinfecting my ducts, exhaust fans and dryer vent. Todd's expertise and attention to detail were noticeable, and he provided some helpful advice about a few issues he noticed with my humidifier and dryer vent as well. I will definitely call Ozone again when I need the ducts cleaned in the future.

Completed a duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and HRV cleaning in Aug 2022. Todd was great to work with. Told us to budget about 4-6hrs but completed the service in around 3.5hrs.
Gave me a lot of good advice around preventative maintenance (furnace filter maintenance, HRV maintenance, dryer vent cleaning) - simple stuff but great for a new home owner like myself.
