Ozone Duct Cleaning

Prompt response by Todd when I called him on a very short notice for a duct and dryer cleaning in a newly renovated house. He was manage to book me for the favourable time slot I was asking for since I was moving in the next couple hours with the renos being completed. Can't express how wonderfully he took care of the dirtiest ducts and the dryer vents. Not only that, he recommended to get all the exhaust fans cleaned in all the washrooms since they've been running throughout the renos at a very reasonable price. Over all, Todd took the time to properly conduct the cleaning and advise on how to maintain the HVAC. The quality of his cleaning methodology and the customer service is above and beyond. I would highly recommend ozone duct cleaning.

Todd is patient and trustworthy. He ensures I understand everything before the job starts. Each turns are covered by clothes to prevent damage by the duct. I have 34 registers and he thoroughly clean each of them. His employee called in sick so only he was on site and took him 4 hours to complete. Before heading to the next appointment, he also spent some time help fishing a drain stopper that I dropped in a drain pipe. He treat me like a friend and did not charge extra for this. I would recommend his service.

Todd did a great job! Very professional, with clear communication leading up to and during the appointment. He takes clear pride in his work and was very helpful in giving us tips for keeping our furnace/ac/heat exchanger running efficiently.

My wife and I decided to complete a full renovation to our home. We decided to have Ozone back for the final cleaning of the ductwork and again, services was impeccable.

We had Ozone clean our house previously prior to the renavation as it smelt like wet dog from the previous owner and the smell went away right away.

This time we need a detailed clean from our renovation. No more construction debris for this house thanks to Ozone. We removed walls, all 1920's plaster, asbestos, brick duct, insulation and typical construction debris.

I have to say, with all of the suspect contractors out there, I am very pleased to say that Todd and Ozone Duct Cleaning exceeded my expectations in every way. Todd is extremely professional, took the time to explain the process end to end, show us exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. Todd was very responsive to any questions I had leading up work which was really appreciated.

After the work was completed, Todd went over everything again to explain what he found and what we should do to maintain the system in the future. Todd also helped resolve a bit of an issue with the furnace filter housing where the builder had installed it a bit higher than needed, so Todd helped seal the area to ensure basement dust wasn't seeping into the furnace area.

We are extremely pleased and satisfied with the work completed, would highly recommend Ozone Duct Cleaning!

Todd was simply amazing! Who would have thought that a simple and often disregarded task like duct cleaning could be taken to a new level! Todd was on time, thorough and took his time to complete the work. He was clean and even insured to protect our stair cases from the vents used to clean out the ducts. He answered all questions we inquired about and I would recommend him to other people. He cleaned the ducts and our HRV unit. I'll be calling him again when I need my ducts cleaned next.

After a basement reno , I decided to call Ozone Duct Cleaning as we had been coughing alot lately and we could actually see dust particles floating through the air .Todd , the owner came out and did such a thorough job !!! It took approx 4 hours . He vacuumed each vent (supply and return)individually starting from the 2nd floor working his way down to the basement then connected to the main . (This is a very different process than that of other companies that only connect the hose to the main and also recommend more frequent cleaning.)
This was not the case with Ozone duct cleaning .. I was so happy with todays service and Todd's knowledge .After the cleaning ,no more dust particles floating around and the air actually feels cleaner . Todd informed me a thorough cleaning is recommended every 3to 5 years depending if you also have pets. (This is far better than yearly cleaning with other companies that do not do a thorough job! )I will only utilize Ozone duct cleaning in the future .Todd even noticed the humidifier hose was cracked and replaced it for free ! Thank you Todd for explaining the process, cleaning all vent covers and for your attention to detail !!
