I knew my air ducts needed cleaning and I was searching for a reputable company with awesome reviews. I came across Ozone Duct Cleaning and gave Todd a call for some pricing; he walked me through every step and explained how long it would take. He has really good reviews and the fact that it took two weeks to get an appointment was a good sign. He arrived on time and was very professional and honest. Initially started as a furnace duct cleaning I asked Tom if he offered any other cleaning services and he took me through both the central vac AND laundry cleaning options. On top of that he offered me discounts on both because he was there anyhow. He worked efficiently and effectively - showing me the difference in his service vs. the previous cleaning. Overall it took longer then I had thought but definitely worthwhile in the end.

Todd was a pleasure to deal with. Good detailed service, takes good pride at the work he does. Will be using Ozone Duct Cleaning again for sure for his service.

Todd came all the way out to Cambridge to clean the ducts of our newly renoed house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining things to me. He thouroghly cleaned ALL the ducts and vents. The outcome was unbelievable when I came home! Highly recommend!

WOW. Just had the ducts cleaned in my home and Todd was amazing. Professional, knowledge and very friendly. Arrived on time and to be honest he stayed until he was completely satisfied with his work. He was also very courteous, making sure that everything stayed clean throughout the process. My three months old even slept through the entire thing because Todd worked around his schedule.
