From our initial conversation on the phone, to the day the work was completed, Todd was extremely professional. He walked us through the process, detailing all the elements that would be cleaned and how, and ensured us that there would be no hidden fees. The cost of cleaning our air ducts was within the industry average. We enquired about having our laundry dryer and all our washroom fans serviced as well, which increased our total price, but within reason. This was something we asked for, not an "up-sell". We couldn't believe how much dirt our home had accumulated over the years, just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it's not there. Todd was meticulous about his work and was patient in answering any questions we had. We definitely recommend Ozone Duct Cleaning!
