FIVE WEEKS now without my washer. Wrong parts ordered, delay on parts arriving. Edmonton not returning my calls. Repair Man said I was getting a NEW WASHER and guess what? He was WRONG!! He spoke out of turn!!
HEADS-UP!! It is not worth buying the extended warranty for an applicance purchased from The Brick.
Guess who has to pay for the laundry mat fees? Oh good guess, that would be me. Trans Global warranty does not cover that.
