Pentian Construction

I purchased a home from pentian construction in the new val des brises area. Upon my purchase, I was told by the sales rep, "it's just a small discoloration". Month after month the stain grew in size. One day, an owner from pentian construction came over with a representative from the to try and regulate other pending issues. While we were in the basement, I pointed to the discolored baseboard and the owner said it was nothing. After a few more months the baseboard detached itself from the wall and their was an awful smell in the basement for some time. It was a nightmare, the complete wall was ripped down and removed, luckily they paid for everything.
