The representative of the company explained in detail about their windows and doors had samples to show what they would like like. She was quite knowledgeable.
The young men who installed the windows did it well. They cleaned up any mess they made. They knew what they were doing and they were very pleasant. I will be ordering more window's in the very near future! Very professional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. Ordered 2 windows and a triple sliding door from Jerry. He screwed up the window order and they had to be remade. Two times Jerry didn't show -told me he 'texted' to cancel . . . NOT! Then the door came as a triple instead of a double door - made wrong at the factory!?! The 9 a.m. installers arrived at 5 p.m. and were installing windows in the dark with the mosquitos filling the house.
COULD IT GET ANY WORSE?

Got a deal to install basement windows when I agreed to their design (didn't really matter), because someone else cancelled the order and the dimensions fit mine. Otherwise, the price is the same as competition. Workmanship was good.
