Bourg de vieux condo complex

New condo problems frm start roof $ showerleaked . Foundation wall creaked needed to be replaced twice. They refused to fix problems. Whole complex had same issues.
Also no insulation in lower units. They went bankrupt twice. APCHQ took charge of some issues as SLH refused to do anything. Other projects (Solano) has similar issues with inferior quality work.. Some of their work is not even up to code or just borderline. Camille was a sight mgr we called with problems but was so overwhelmed with complaints he stopped calling back. Sub contractors won't work with them unless paid in advance, so they get less qualified workers. This is a 4 block complex we all have same issues some worse than others. From foundation wall issues, no French drain in back yard, flooding, no insulation, inferior concrete on front stairs used, mold, leaking roof, cracks in brick walls, use of gyprock outside to cover ceiling of garage entrances which is also floor of lower units bedrooms. Causing them to warp and fall down due to humidity. This led us to discover no insulation was ever added under the floors of these lower units.

Approximate cost of services:
$325,000.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Be honest. Do the work they should have done the first time around, not cover up damage with a coat of concrete to hide defects. Stop putting blame on others, or on Mother Nature.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Get place thoroughly inspected. Make formal complaint with APCHQ if applicable as they will try to delay long enough so that gtee has expired,. Repairs have cost over $250 000. Issues still pending.
