We needed our shingled roof redone as well as some repairs to fascia and down-spot work this year.

Keith came out, provided the estimate, provided many options to choose from including additional reasonably priced upgrades and a great selection of colors for the shingles. I was impressed with Keith's commitments. He arrived when he said he would arrive. He promised to provide quotes and followed through.

When the work was completed it was done with a high degree of quality and I was impressed with the crew he had.

Our roof was in desperate need of a replacement as with each little wind, more shingles ended up on the ground. After evaluating a number of roofing companies, 360 Roofing was engaged, mostly for Keith’s approach, professionalism and excellent references. Pricing was what was expected for our roof and the replacement of the two original skylights.

Keith and his team were exemplary. The work was completely in 1 day, albeit a long day. During the course of the work, Keith kept us up to date as to progress. Some rotten wood was discovered around the skylights, which was not totally surprising as they were the original skylights. The wood was replaced quickly and at minimal cost, which was clearly outlined in the contract. No surprises,

The crew was amazing, and the work was completed quickly and with minimal disruption. They followed up during each step of the job and ensured to keep us informed of their progress. The clean-up at the end of the job was most impressive, not a single shingle, nail or mess could be found. They even took the time to inspect our neighbour’s yard just in case any debris accidently made it into their sides.

I was also pleased that Keith followed up a few days later to make sure that all is well and we are happy with the work. Thank you very much for such an amazing job.

Keith and his team did an amazing job that has transformed our home inside and out. They did such a great job on the roof, soffit, fascia and eaves that we had them back to replace our flat roof and add a skylight. They worked quickly, and provide us great quality for a good price. They took precautions with both our house and our neighbours, and did a great clean up before they left. We would definitely recommend you give Keith a call.

Quite simply, Keith & his team are true professionals. I know these are just words, but Keith & his team had to first undo the truly shoddy work from another roofing company who had to be fired part-way and Keith & his team did this swiftly & professionally in a fraction of the time! Keith was very professional in timely responding with a quote. He did the job within the timeframe he had promised and at reasonable cost. His crew came in and completed entire job within a day and with no damage to my bushes or refuse left.

Got 5 estimates. One was slightly lower but I took a liking to Keith. The weather was dicey on the scheduled date so the work was postponed by a day. They showed up on time, did nice work, cleaned up the yard, and left. No complaints.

We hired 360 Roof last year to redo our roof. They did a great job, so we hired them again this year to replace our aluminum. We are very happy with the end product, Keith and his team are great to deal with and prices were very reasonable as well. Overall we are very satisfied with the end product and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to have any work done on their roof.
