George and team at Omega did an absolutely fantastic job with our front and back door replacements. The fibreglass, triple lock system looks great and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. The colour recommendation is perfect and the recommended custom size glass makes the doors beautiful, With sincere appreciation.

Great overall experience. Got quotes from several contractors and Omega won hands down. Changes out 9 windows and a new front door which they custom made with a glass/iron insert. Great workmanship and timely service!

i updated my Bay Window and Bedrooms Windows in December 2014. I was really happy with the product and especially the excellent customer service from the estimator, admiinstrator right down to the installors. Everyone was kind, courteous, fast, efficient and came through with their promise. They even pushed my order and installation a week in advance beore the big snow storm which i really appreciated. Any questions along the way, they were answered immediately. I have already recommended Omega to other family and friends and i look forward to using them in the near future for doors and other windows on my home.

I recently had my windows, patio doors and a storm door purchased and installed by Omega Windows. I am extremely happy with the fantastic product they provide. The PRICE as well as the installation was excellent! The Installer was very prompt and very courteous. He was also kind enough to take down my draperies from my front window (I had forgotten to) with no hesitation and the greatest of respect for them. These are very expensive and I appreciate his sensitivity. He was also more than happy to rehang them for me. Customer service and respect is of the utmost importance to me and Omega Windows is, by far the best company I have ever dealt with. Not only will I recommend them to my friends and family, but to absolutely EVERYONE!!
