From the first meeting, to the last phonecall, we couldn't have been happier with the process. Paul and Pat were available, helpful, patient, and understood our needs. The installers, Bernard, Sean, Devon and Josh were efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and did what they said they would in good time. Bernard went above and beyond with a special request for our oval window. The whole site, inside and out, was cleaned up every evening, and the work progressed smoothly every day. We were sorry to see them leave. We cannot recommend this company more highly, and would definitely hire them again.

Our son-in-law referred us to Longlife after doing all of his research. Knowing how thorough he was we were convinced this company had the best product before we even saw the product. Once we heard their presentation we were further convinced they had the best product and they told us that there were certainly cheaper products out there.

We started out doing just front windows on our home and a rental property. We followed up doing all of the windows in our house and we are thrilled with the results including three beautiful sliding patio doors.

Received 4 quotes and only felt comfortable with Long Life. Others were less expensive but once I saw my options, I saw much more quality and more detail in Long Life Windows. They did everything that they promised and much more. Massive improvement – Inside and Outside. Zero complaints…Tones of recommendation!

Paul our sales agent was very knowledgeable about the windows and what style would meet our needs.
We had 6 different quotes and it became obvious that many other salespeople did not understand the finishing issues and complexities of installing windows on an existing home.
Windows were installed on time and as promised. Bernard and his install crew did careful, quality work.

With good educational information, Peter Wright was very pleasant to work with, honest, knowledgeable, helpful,and very dependable. Randy and his co-worker are very skillful, friendly, couteous, respectful,and efficient. Long Life did an awesome job from start to finish. The house was left clean. We feel comfortable that the quality of the products were good and the workmanship and company followup were both performed at a high level of calibre. Replaced 12 traditional leaded windows with thermo pane interior leaded matrix inlay windows. Impressed with professional approach and the quality of the installation and the manufacture of the customized windows. The replacement windows maintain the character of the original leaded windows, eliminates the exterior noise and reduces the overall heating costs.
