We are very pleased with our windows and the service we recieved. Peter was great in guiding us through the options and helping us determine the best choice for our home. Bernard and his team did a fabulous job with installation. Bernard worked above and beyond to create our round window design that gets many compliments.

We can stand in front of our windows in the heat of summer and not be overwhelmed with the heat. We note that our heating bill has gone down, and tha is only in 1/2 year so far.

Incredible quality and customer service. From our sales person (Blaine) to our install crew (Bernard) we were extremely impressed with the customer service and even more importantly, the quality to which this company operates. 4 people (including Bernard) were on the crew and all of them were very focused on doing an exceptional job. They arrived on time, did a thorough clean up each day, were extremely polite, took care when moving things, double checked their work and made me feel like they were working on their own home. Blaine ensured that he came by on day 1 to check on the progress and ensure my satisfaction. He also followed up on day 2 and is planning to come by next week to ensure my continued satisfaction. We had our windows changed in Ocober 2011 and we are very stisfied of the outcome. We selected the Long Life Windows after carefully searching and taking quotes from over 5 Window Installation companies. They're not the cheapest but the service is guaranteed, and the quality is great. Peter is very professional in selling us the windows and doors. Bernard and his crew were very efficient and did a great job in installing the new windows. they made sure they cleaned up after they were done. They were very respectful and friendly. They are all very professional.

The house is definitely warmer now. We have a big window in our room and I used to use portable heater in addition to the centralized heater we have. Now we don't use extra heaters anymore. I used to hear every conversation on the street, now I sleep like a baby.

Wonderful service from start to finish by Long Life Windows and Doors. Paul was our saleman and he was fantastic, very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. The installation crew was also excellent, working from morning to night to finish the installation of our windows in one day, as I was flying out of town the next morning. They always removed their shoes so as not to track any dirt into the house, and took the time to do a quality job. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. The house feels warmer and the outside noise has considerably decreased. And we feel secure in knowing that our windows come with a lifetime warranty. Thanks to Paul and his crew!

Bernard and his crew changed the windows in our house in June in 3 days as promised. They were very professional and completed the job to our satisafaction. The house was a quite abit cooler in the summer and it retains the heat much better so far this fall season.
If I'd have known they could take out the old windows with such ease and replace with the new ones I would have done it sooner as some of the seals on our old windows had failed. Peter did a walk around after the completion of the job and the one concern we had was corrected promptly.

Kris and the guys at Long Life completed a full window replacement on our circa 1910 home in East Vancouver. The project was completed on time, on budget and with minimal disruption around the house. Long Life installed all of our new windows and sliding glass doors in a single day. They came exactly when they said they would and completed the job efficiently and professionally. They're a great bunch of guys, and I'd definitely call them first the next time I need any work done.
