It's been extremely difficult to find a contractor in Toronto that is open to doing small jobs in the summer when it's busy season. Rino came in to look at that wall I wanted to take down and was very efficient with providing me a quote and next steps. He was able to do the job the next week and gave me a very reasonable quote, considering it's an older condo. I would highly recommend Rino and his team.
