We were in the process of completing a renovation at our house in Toronto and had to select a contractor to lower the basement floor, install a bench footing and complete interior waterproofing with a sump pump. Nusite was one of 3 contractors interviewed. During the selection process it was clear that David had a thorough understanding of what was required to complete the job and provided clear recommendations on the process to follow. Pricing was comparable with the other two contractors but we felt that Nusite had a leg up in terms of industry knowledge so we proceeded with Nusite.

The work started when David had originally specified and they actually came in early to assist with the forming of structural footings so we could get a head start on other parts of the project. They stayed on budget and within the timelines that were initially specified which was very impressive considering the scope of the job.

I would recommend Nusite to anyone planning on completing any residential foundation work, benching, underpinning and/or waterproofing.
