My experience with the Huvan team (Riley, Brady, Chris(?), & Axel) was great -- from the punctual initial meeting; to the responsiveness to my questions & lending their experience to help me make project decisions; to upgrading the project; to the very reasonable quote; to keeping me proactively informed of Covid supply chain delays; to showing up early & working all day; to leaving the site tidy at the end of the workdays; through to the cleaned up job site around my shiny new deck.

Unfortunately, the first big October snowfall started an hour after they finished, so I've only stood on the new deck for 5 minutes & shovelled it several times since. But I enjoyed it for those 5 minutes & it shovels very nicely. I'm looking forward to enjoying it next summer!

I like these guys, easy to work with and they work dammed hard. This job was fairly straight forward and they jumped right into it. They are also on the ball with meeting the building code.

The project presented challenges with tying the steel Quonset and the wood framed end walls together in a way that was structurally sound. They made this challenge seemingly simple with good workmanship. The site was also kept clean and well organized.

Riley constructed a front deck in August of 2019 for us. The price was fair and quality of work was exceptional. Riley stands behind the quality of work as he did repair one deck board that had come loose without an additional charge. This was appreciated and rare where a contractor will honor their labour warranty. Would recommend Riley and his crew and will use again in the future.

Riley and company were a pleasure to work with. Communicated really well. Were neat, efficient, friendly and professional. We are very satisfied with the workmanship. We would not hesitate to recommend this company. Just were really impressed all around.

Quotes were detailed, they arrived on time with the required building supplies which were top grade, advised they would be done by end of day AND they were. Job quality was excellent, already receiving compliments from neighbors. They worked with our engineer who was very impressed with the work. Very Professional.

The guys at Huvan did a great job. They were ahead of schedule, on-budget and even came by 2 months later to fix a small issue with gate hardware that developed. Their craftsmanship was excellent and they were lovely and courteous.
