Groves of Varsity

Hoover has the contract for work on the Groves of Varsity. Substandard installation, apprentice only on site - apparently no one with any experience with Grohe fixtures. Loose kitchen tap, terrible installation of one shower fixture that resulted with the unit below having damage to the ceiling from the leaking in our shower. Had to totally gut the bathroom and redo. Second shower had to have the diverter replaced three times. Would never recommend them for any installation! Poor customer service.
