Did not complete (or even start) job, and charged me for it - No communication!
Incredibly unprofessional company. I ordered a new door to be put in July 2017 and the job was to be completed September 2017. They were supposed to come back to re-measure the door but did not show up the two times we agreed for them to come. When I called back there was no answer and no one returned my calls. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone and then I find in October 2017 after months of non-reply that they have charged me almost $900 onto my credit card for a deposit that I did not approve (as they never came to measure the door or returned my calls). I called back and eventually was able to speak to a real person -
they apologized and said that they would take the charge off but it's been a month and they STILL have not yet reversed the charge. Unprofessional, unethical, and unpleasant.
