The guys were very professional and efficient in there work. I felt very at ease having the Vigor guys in my house. The respected our home and family. They were patient with our 4 kids running around and Always kept a clean safe work area

The guys showed up and made quick work of a horribly plugged sink. They then repaired the kitchen plumbing and made it more user friendly for future maintenance. After that they removed about 6' of old piping that had rotted through. It was in an awkward spot but they handled it quickly and efficiently. They even did a really nice cleanup afterwards! All our plumbing looks good and works the way it should. The guys were super professional and accommodating. Would recommend, will use again. Thanks!

Since we have signed a “Schedule Maintenance Contract”, with Vigor Mechanical our heating and air conditioning maintenance bills have been reduced as we have been proactive in servicing instead of high repair bills from on demand requirements when our system is down.
Vigor understands our system and now can easily trouble shoot any problems that occur.
They are very responsive to a call, and there staff are courteous and respectful when they are working in amongst our staff. I would recommend Vigor Mechanical to any HVAC and Plumbing requirement.

Had Vigor install furnace and air conditioning years ago. Woke up on Boxing Day this past year to cold house. Furnace issues...... Called Vigor 24 hour service line and spoke with technician and he said would be there within an hour. And yes he was. Fixed the issue, great service. But what impressed me the most was he seemed to really appreciate my business and wanting to help. Got the bill and was expecting a lot more since emergency call out on Boxing Day. Cost very reasonable. They service what they sell and customer service is big priority! Well done! You guys ROCK!

Our furnace was making a noise and tried many times to engage. We called vigor mechanical and a technician came immediately and diagnosed the problem and repaired.. The technician was very friendly and efficient. The furnace works well now and we would recommend vigor mechanical to anyone.

Had and A/C unit installed by them that would never cool enough. I looked up the unit and it appeared to be considerably to small for my house size but they advised me it was correct and would not do anything. Called them 1.5 years after it was installed because it still was not cooling and was told they needed to recharge it and charged another $550 and it still does not cold . I was advised by a reputable shop ..... the unit is to small for my house!!!

On the recommendation of a friend we contracted Vigor mechanical last spring for the installs of two new furnaces and A/C for the upper level. We had three estimates, one company had a sales person involved and was 2000.00 more for the same package!

The estimator from Vigor ( forgot his name) was honest and professional, as were the other men on the job site. I would highly recommend this company, very satisfied with their work.

We hired Dan at Vigor Mechanical based on a recommendation by staff at the Apprenticeship and Industry Training office in downtown Edmonton. Dan and his crew arrived on time and his team arrived and worked like clockwork to get our installation done in one day. The entire crew was professional and did everything perfectly and to code. I was so impressed with their work, I have recommended them to all my friends and family and a couple have already used Vigor Mechanical for their installs.
