Vigor has been a pleasure to deal with. The service i have received has been prompt and the technicians that have attended at my home have been very easy to deal with and have provided excellent service.

I called about a non functioning furnace. A service tech. came fairly promptly, diagnosed the problem and then it took a day or so for him to return and do the repair. I presume everything he did was appropriate.
I am somewhat upset that both of the furnaces have need a new motor after only about six years of use.

Our furnace quit working on a cold winter day. Called Vigor Mechanical and they sent a technician out who diagnosed the problem, got the replacement part and fixed the furnace that day. Very satisfied with the response, work done and the cost. The technician was very competent and professional. Highly recommended!

We hired Vigor Mechanical to do all the plumbing and heating installations during the building of our house. I was extremely happy with the quality of their work and were very easy to deal with. When we had issues with our hot water tank the other week, I didn’t hesitate to call Vigor and once again their customer service was top notch. They came out quickly and didn’t stop until we had hot water again. The employees that showed up were friendly and helpful. The crew arrived on time and worked steadily. The old reznor garage heater was truly an antique and very heavy. They took a short rest after removing the old and quickly returned to replacing the stack vent. It seemed no time at all and they had the new heater hooked up and ready for testing The test and inspection went quickly and the heater has performed flawlessly. The crew tidied up after themselves as nicely as I would have done

Vigor installed a boiler, holding tank, water softener. To replace the old system that had been replaced five times in twenty years.
