Personnel & management do not take accountability for their mistakes - blame the customer.
We purchased and installed a towel warmer that came highly recommended by the sales staff and manager. The product did not work and the manager claimed we were 'wrong' in our claim. We contacted the manufacturer who investigated and AGREED with us. Bathworks refused to take any action so we went back to the manufacturer who provided us with a different product and covered the costs for re-installation.
Bathworks was so very difficult to work with. No customer service at all.
