You have to call to get an appointment and they don’t return your calls so you have to keep calling them. It’s very difficult to get in and see what they have. Even with an appointment, the manager lacks patience and rushes you. Not helpful at all. I was very disappointed in the service. Go somewhere else.

Personnel & management do not take accountability for their mistakes - blame the customer.
We purchased and installed a towel warmer that came highly recommended by the sales staff and manager. The product did not work and the manager claimed we were 'wrong' in our claim. We contacted the manufacturer who investigated and AGREED with us. Bathworks refused to take any action so we went back to the manufacturer who provided us with a different product and covered the costs for re-installation.
Bathworks was so very difficult to work with. No customer service at all.

They have a large variety of everything you need in your bathroom including new ideas and must haves. A large showroom with working showers to show you exactly what the product can deliver. They also have a variety of cabinetry, sinks, faucets, shower heads, to towel bars. They have great service and pricing.
