on December 4 my designer ordered 3 sinks, 2 Drake toilets, all the hardware, a Japanese Toto mechanism, faucets, shower heads, etc. I paid for all the items to be ordered, including sinks and toilets. When our contractors went to pick them up, the sinks had been SOLD to someone else, the toilets had not been inspected and one was cracked, and we had to wait days to get small parts. We are still waiting on one of the toilets. More than once we called, were told the parts were there and on arrival, they weren't. h
Every delay put the plumber and other contractors back, costing us time and money on our renovation.
This is unacceptable and shameful service.

I know this apology can't undue your experience with Splashes Bath & Kitchen but please know that we will use the mistakes made on your order to further educate our staff, and look for an opportunity to improve our processes.
