In 2009 we had these windows installed and all came with a lifetime warranty. In 2015 (only 6 yrs) two of them lost their UV protection and looked awful. It took until 2018 to get one piece of glass and have one of the windows fixed. In 2018 a third window lost its UV protection. It is now 2019 and although repeatedly emailing and phoning the second one from 2015 has not been received and the third one from 2018 has not been received. It is now May, 2019 and the last thing from this company was an email in January, 2019 saying the glass was done and being shipped. Obviously they don't know how to tell the truth and have no intention of honouring their warranty.
