I wanted to leave a review and thank Capital Homes and their team for the wonderful service. The entire process from the sales meeting to colour selection to meeting with the site supervisor and closing on the home was well organized, the communication was excellent and I felt as though I was in good hands all along. Prices are reasonable and we are happy with the large lots! I have been living in my home for almost 4 months now and couldn't be happier. The finishes and upgrades are nice quality and everything we dreamed about - thank you for building this beautiful home for my family!

These builders are very disappointing. They are disorganized - a list of upgrades and options with pricing would have been helpful as there were a number of things we would have done differently had we known the options available. They can't be bothered to meet Tarion deadlines for repairs. They use subpar materials (e.g., carpet, hardwood, cabinet paint that easily chips). They did an awful job on grading and refused to consider installing french drains at a minimal cost (or offer it as an upgrade even!). The grading is so ridiculous that everyone on the street has to rip up all the sod to install french drains or live with unwalkable pathways on each side of the house. They also sold the first 30 houses on features of the neighbourhood, like no developers and single family homes....but then they increased their house prices so much that they struggled to sell. Instead of lowering their prices to reflect the change in the market, they go back on their word to all the people they've already sold homes to and change the zoning so that rental suites are now an option for all new houses. If you're thinking about buying from them, I would not trust them and I certainly would want to go into it eyes wide open about how cheaply they finish houses. They look great initially but it is just lipstick on a pig.

Capital Homes has gone far beyond my expectations for a new home! I would highly recommend Capital Homes to anyone looking for a new home. The design and layouts are very well thought out, they pay attention to the little details (most builders do not) their quality is fantastic and their customer service is exceptional! I have had my new home for 1.5 years now and LOVE IT!!! Highly recommend this builder!!!
