We have a gas fireplace and was unable to get the pilot light to work. We called Salliss Plumbing & Heating to see if they could help. The technician came out & was able to get the system to work after about 14 minutes. The fireplace worked for about 5 days & then shut off. We again called Salliss, who again sent their technician, who was able to restart the unit again...however the unit only worked for 2-3 days before shutting down again. We are now waiting to have the technician to once again & look at the fireplace.
As the weather is nice right now... we are not worried but as it gets colder... the fireplace would be nice to have.
