My wife and I had a great customer experience working with Exterior By Design. David and Brandon provided excellent visibility in terms of what we could expect, when the work would start and approximately how long it would take. Kamil and Karol did an excellent job transforming the back of our house with a stucco application, providing helpful insight regarding colour, texture and mouldings. JJ was very professional and pleasant as well processing payments throughout and providing detailed invoicing. The project was completed ahead of schedule and the final product looked even better than what was promised. This was a seamless experience throughout. It was a true pleasure working with Exterior By Design. We are very happy with the final results, so much so that we plan on resurfacing the remainder of the house. We highly recommend and plan to work with Exterior By Design for our future projects.

We were looking to transform the front exterior of our home and Exterior By Design delivered. The end result was fantastic ascetically right down to the small details. The quality of workmanship is very high and was explained step by step before and during segments of the project by the crew leaders. Dave oversaw the whole project and you couldn't ask for a better person to deal with. He is the nicest man and genuinely wants the best for your project and doesn't play games. It is rare and hard to find these type of people in this business and I am grateful for his experience and leadership on this project. The two different crew leaders and teams were both excellent in answering questions and keeping us updated on timing and progress.

David and JJ are very knowledgeable and provided reasonable quotes for various options to cover my home. I decided to go with a combination of full stucco and stone covering the chimney and half of the wall at the front. The project also included potlights, soffits, eves, shingles, and a new street number and road name over the garage.
The staff that work for Exterior by Design Stucco and Stone Inc. are all very professional, perform excellent work and extremely clean and organized, I am very happy with the end result.
I have also noticed an improvement in the internal temperature of the house during the summer and winter, I am sure my utility bills will decrease as a result of the stucco application.

We received a few quotes for stucco work and were extremely happy we selected Exterior by Design for our project. We met with David twice prior to signing the contract. He answered all of our questions and was responsive to phone calls and text messages.

When the work began, Lukasz and his crew were prompt throughout the construction, and cleaned-up before leaving every day. We were delighted with the finished product. We were skeptical whether the exterior stucco application would affect the interior temperature of the house. I'm happy to say were pleasantly surprised. Our upstairs bedroom was a sauna in the summer and a freezer in the winter. Although we haven't experienced a winter with the exterior stucco yet, our upstairs bedroom is now cool and pleasant to sleep in, during the hot summer weather. What a difference!!

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Exterior by Design and we will use them again for other projects in the future.

I had incredible confidence in this company from the consultation. They've been in business for decades and the reviews are stellar. The work began in a timely fashion. What an incredible improvement over horrid brick. Jay, who oversaw the project is an incredible young man, who was always prompt to reply to me, extremely friendly and accommodating. Prior to completion of the stucco, I also contracted them to create a new front walkway and driveway widening/border. I chose stone 3" tiles that had never been used before.
