JAN Plumbing was brought in by our contractor. They were pleasant, knowledgable, neat, skilled, and arrived when they said they would. We have used their services for multiple jobs. If they could find a less expensive way to achieve what we wanted, they let us know so that we could decide. I have happily recommended them to others who were satisfied with their services as well.

Worst ever. Started off very pleasant. After receiving large deposits and making multiple mistakes, which I was willing to workout, Joe walked away with my money leaving a mess and damage.

I have to completely disagree with the above comments. This company was hired for my project and they have done a very bad job from start to end. They are unprofessional, disrespectful, not punctual and very messy. Joe made many mistakes and did not own up to his mistakes but insulted us in return and charged us more to correct all the problems that he created. I will never recommend him to anyone!

We had hired a contractor for a bathroom renovation, and he brought in J.A.N. Plumbing for the difficult plumbing renovations. We found Joe to be very thorough and took the time to answer any questions we had. He and his team were conscious to clean up after themselves, and were always there on-time when they said they would be. We would recommend them to our friend, and we often see his truck around the neighborhood.
