Quality of home was satisfactory but completion of product was repeatedly delayed and often took multiple visits. Projects were not all completed and closing was delayed. Poor communication towards end.

Never again will I buy a house constructed by this complany. We have had nothing but problems with our home and to try an get someone to come and see what the issues are and fix them is impossible. Needless to say not impressed with this company at all.

We were only in our newly built house for just over three years when a huge leak occurred. Apparently what happened is when the siding was put on the houde, the individual did not know how to properly flash it at the point where the house and garage meet. Needless to say we spent a good two months in the winter with the interior of our house exposed as insulation was drenched and drywall destroyed. Never again will I buy a house constructed by Austin. This was only one of the many problem we had.
