Plumbing review in

We went to a couple places to look for a new toilet. Norseman Plumbing & Heating Ltd was the only place that answered all our questions and concerns. The other places gave us the impression we were asking too many questions. There was only a price difference of about $20. We still went with Norseman, they were pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We mentioned that we lost our the little knob cover on one of our bathtub faucet knob, they say either Hot or Cold. The sales lady called us when our toilet was in and said she got someone to find us a new knob cover and it was complimentary. Now that's customer service. We will definitely go back. And the Toto toilet we got...awesome.
