Ricardo and Green House Home Comfort installed a radiant heating system in our home 2 years ago. In the first year, we experienced some difficulty with the system and tried to get Ricardo to come and look at the system - it took many emails and phone calls. I believe it was finally our communication with the heating system manufacturer that got Ricardo to return our call.
When he finally came and looked at it, the problem was missed and I was told nothing was wrong. Subsequent to his visit, I had another company come in to take a look. 2 pumps needed to be replaced. That was at the end of 2012.
At the end of 2013, the 3rd pump is now being replaced and it seems there is a problem with the switching panel which will also be replaced.
All the replacement, service and installation costs have been out of our pocket. An email was sent to Ricardo at the end of 2012 letting him know that 2 pumps had been replaced. There was no response from him.
