When we built a new home in 2012, our contractor hired this company. Our heat pump has given us a high humidity issue, our micro/rangehood was installed incorrectly, they came back 3 times to correct and we still have a huge condensation issue. They have refused to provide service & we have bring in a company that knows what they're doing. Also our fireplace has issues.
