Centra called a week early to do an install of 28 windows on a 40 year old house. We were quoted 4 days to complete the work. The crew arrived promptly the first day and asked how they could accommodate our needs first and foremost. This was important as our facility is home to 13 people. Day two and three they arrived with 2 crews to complete the task.
Every aspect of these two crews were above our expectations. They were courteous, polite, efficient, clean and professional. This level of professionalism is rarely seen anymore. They took great pride in their work and challenged each other to improve, complete or assist as the need occurred. Well done Damon, Shane, Andrew V, Dave B, Joe, and Daoiv D.
