I woke up in a freezing house. I called Knight Plumbing and they were able to get someone out very quickly. Karl was very friendly and very helpful. He took the time to explain what the furnace issue was, and walked me through some maintenance items that I didn't know about. He even got my humidifier working while he was there. I'd definitely recommend them.

My furnace cut out and we called Knight Plumbing. Kevin respond in excellent time. Temperatures were -25 and due to Kevins fast response and quality repairs our furnace was up and running in no time. Thank you very much.

We are new to this house and we have 3 furnaces so we wanted a thorough inspection of our furnaces and some instruction with the maintenance requirements. Geoff tested everything and we ended up only having to replace a humidifier valve which was broken.
We were so impressed with Knight that we signed up for their Preferred Membership.

My experience started with my furnace failing to start up on a Saturday morning, I called Knight to request service, and received a prompt call from their technician on call, and his arrival at my home in less than an hour to service my furnace, get it running again, and offering me the option of completing numerous parts replacement, or opting for installing a new furnace. Their quote was clear and concise, and there were no surprises during the installation work. Their workmanship was of the highest standard, and they completed the entire job of removing the old system and installing the new units, including bringing the system and venting up to current code, completing all the work in 1 day as promised. The technicians were extremely careful and tidy, keeping my carpeted stairs clean by protecting with dropcloths, and they left no debris of any kind remaining anywhere, including the furnace area which was completely spotless and clean, surpassing my expectations. I choose Knight Plumbing and Heating for my home servicing needs.

Jason was friendly and punctual. Their head office called ahead to confirm times. The website was convenient for setting up the initial appointment. The cost to install our water softener was what was indicated so there were no surprises.

The technician from Knight Plumbing was a joy to deal with, his name was George and all I can say is he does excellent work.
He explained everything and took away all the old taps and garbage, cleaned up each location.

We had our furnace replaced. The pre-installation done by Jonathan was excellent which is what made us choose Knight after getting other quotes.
Installation of the furnace was very smooth although there was a hiccup with the humidifier.

Our furnace stopped working in January 2017 and I decided to go with Knight Plumbing based on their HomeStars rating. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Geoff came by to investigate. He was on time and very professional. Geoff was able to troubleshoot and repair the problem however, after further inspection he discovered some cracks in the heat exchanger of our 26 year old furnace. It was necessary to deactivate the furnace. Geoff laid out a number of options and we came to the conclusion that a new furnace was our best course of action. He was very helpful in helping us find a unit that met our needs and budget. Kevin and Jon came by for the installation. They were on time and very professional. They had budgeted 2 days for the installation and were able to complete it in one. Their workmanship was top notch and they left the house tidy. They took the time to thoroughly explain the work they did and the operation of the new furnace and thermostat. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Our kitchen drain was plugged and backing up, I tried myself for a while to free it up with no success. Knight Plumbing was recommended to me, I was extremely satisfied with the technician from his work to explanations and concern for our house and his work area. I will definitely be calling Knight Plumbing again when needed!

David came by yesterday to clean the vents. He was friendly and professional. Clearly stated what he was going to do provided a quote then once agreed upon proceeded to work on the vents. Took about an hour and half.
