Replace High Efficiency Hot Water Heater
We purchased a 12 year old house last summer, noting that the hot water heater appeared to be original equipment and likely due for replacement. Sure enough, early one morning we awoke to a lack of hot water and a steady stream trickling along the basement floor. We called Knight Plumbing due to proximity and were pleased to hear that Andrew would be able to come out immediately that morning to take a look and prepare a quote. Andrew was absolutely excellent to work with, professional, courteous, capable, and competent.
The quote was very much inline with what I expected based upon a review of the material cost for the new hot water heater. We elected to proceed with the new hot water heater and Andrew went back to the shop to pick it up for installation. Installation went very well and Andrew was out the door by lunch time. Since the replacement, there have been no issues, and I actually noticed a quality improvement in the hot water. I heartily recommend working with Knight and Andrew in particular.
