It was a surprise that it cost me $400 for much needed repairs. I’ll need as well $1000+ for vent cleaning and additional repairs. Sincere thanks to George and his knowledgeable trainee. The two clearly told me what needed to be done.
Hopefully next year’s annual cleaning will not cost me a tenth as much.
