CHILDRENS BEDS

In the beginning of December 2011 I bought two beds for my children that were supposed to be a gift from Santa. I asked that the beds be delivered Christmas Eve. When they came one piece was missing and one piece was broken on my daughters bed. When I purchased my sons bed I was informed that I did not require a box spring but upon assembly realised it definately required one.
Our Christmas plans were now ruined and we were left on Christmas Eve to make other plans.
When we called the store and talked to the owner he at first did not want to come to the phone until I threatened to return the entire purchase. He came to the phone and was very flippant however did agree to deliver the one missing piece and order a new piece for the broken part. He also supplied a box spring at no charge.
It is now Feb. 13, 2012. I still do not have the broken piece replaced. I have called the warehouse who directed me to the store. I have called the owner who directed me to his son at the store. His son directed me to the warehouse (that was closed). The son ( Jeremy) Also said that there was nothing he could do because he had no knowledge of this transaction. My next steps are 1) Complain the the credit card company
2) Call the police
3) Call consumers Affairs
4) Small claims court.

All I really wanted was two beds for my kids.
