    Wrong product

    My product came in wrong colour after 35 days.I want to speak to manager, no answer. No buy nothing from this company, no respect the customer..

    Yet Another Structube Horror Story

    I would not recommend purchasing furniture from Structube. My story? I have a Structube Europa Extendable Dining Table. The table was disassembled for a move. When you turn the table upside down there are eight 1 1/4 inch bolts with a hex head. Unfortunately I lost four of these. Worse, the bolts appear to be proprietary, design specific to the table, meaning I am unable to purchase them at a store. So I contacted Structube and asked them if I could purchase a set of replacement bolts. Structube said no. They do not do sell replacement parts. So my table is now unusable. Be careful purchasing from Structube as they do not service what they sell. I will have to purchase a new table. Just not from Structube.

    Terrible quality and customer service

    I would avoid purchasing any product from here. Our couch hasnt worked since it arrived. We purchased the Odette sofa bed. However, the sofa bed piece doesnt work. The 2 sectional pieces also dont stay together. Weve been going back and forth with them jumping through hoops trying to get an exchange. We opened the ticket the day after we got the couch delivered. We have to follow up all the time as theyre unresponsive. They had us send pictures and videos then dont respond for weeks. Offered us $150 dollars back off a $1400 couch. Seems unreasonable when half the couch doesnt work. We also were only ever asking for an exchange. Then they request more videos but failed to tell us this was needed until we called in. The only time we heard from them was when they tried to call on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Theyve finally approved the exchange after 3 months and now were waiting at least another month for a new couch. To top it all of their agents are not helpful over the phone and unresponsive via email. No one who answers the phone has any authority to actually provide any support. You have to wait 4 days to speak to a manger. Save yourself the headache and buy from a better company. Lastly, when we initially called to order this couch the sales agent tried to sell us on a returned floor model for a discounted price. They clearly have quality control issues. It gets worse!!! We finally get the exchange approved and they confirmed the product didn't need to be packaged. After wasting an entire day for the exchange they can't do the exchange because the product isn't wrapped. Despite suggesting the clear solution that they bring in the new product we unwrap and repackage the old product. They now expect us to spend $77 to reschedule the exchange because they failed to communicate properly. On top of that we have to go spend $100 on bubble wrap. Worst company!! They have no customer service or respect for customers. Take your money and run as far as you can!

    Carole sofa has extremely strong chemical smell

    The sofa has extremely strong chemical smell wich didn't go away after several days in the room with open windows. After sitting 10 min on this couch I have ichy eyes, sore throat and dry nose which are symptoms of formaldehyde affected person. I'm extremely disappointed since we were waiting for this couch for 1,5 months and now we can't use it.

    A Devastating Experience with Structube - A Loyal Customer Betrayed

    I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with Structube's handling of my legitimate concerns regarding the toxic-smelling BAILEY Velvet Dining Armchairs. Upon the delivery of the BAILEY chairs in November 2023, I immediately noticed an unbearable toxic smell, reminiscent of glue and chemicals. Trusting in the quality and reputation of Structube, I believed the issue would resolve on its own within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, the odor persisted, and it became clear that these chairs posed a serious threat to human health. My attempts to address this issue were met with disappointment when Structube's response, received on January 4, 2024, emphasized their 7-day claim submission policy. This policy, while understandable in certain circumstances, fails to account for situations where the true extent of the problem only becomes apparent after prolonged use. I had trusted Structube to provide quality furniture that prioritizes customer well-being. However, the toxic smell emanating from these chairs not only undermines my trust but also raises concerns about the safety of Structube's products. I have been a loyal customer since 2016 and have made substantial purchases from Structube, as evidenced by the extensive list of products I bought in November and December 2023. The BAILEY chairs are the first items to raise such significant issues, and I am deeply disappointed in Structube's failure to acknowledge and address the gravity of the situation. It is disheartening to realize that Structube, a company I once believed in, is not a customer-centered seller. I had hoped for a resolution that demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction and safety. Instead, I received a response that prioritizes policy over the well-being of a loyal customer.

    Structube sofa

    We recently purchased the Structube Andrew L-shape sofa for our living room, investing $2000 in the product. Unfortunately, within just three months, the cushions have significantly flattened, resembling more of a wooden bench than a comfortable sofa. The decline in quality became apparent within the first two weeks.Regrettably, our experience was compounded when we reached out to customer service. Their proposed solution involved a 50% deduction from the original purchase price, leaving us dissatisfied with both the product and the support received.This experience has led us to question the overall quality of the sofa and has left us wishing we had taken other reviews more seriously before choosing this brand.

    I can not believe the quality.

    First time ever having to write a furniture review but this has to be done. I furnished my whole apartment in StuctCube product and I regret every single last piece i bought. My couch arrived in what can only be described as a mangled ball. within the first 2 (two) months, springs in the couch jsut started to pop into or out of place. you literally cannot sit on a segment of the couch. the dresser in my bedroom sags so much in the middle, the drawers are all askew. Seriously, the build quality is atrocious and under no circumstances whatsoever would I buy more or recommend the brand. Nothing to do with the sale experience, the shops all look great btw, it's just the poorest build quality of furniture on the market at the moment.

    Order delay

    Warning their delivery promises are wrong and way longer than the promise. I ordered $6000 plus of furniture- missing parts of the order have me suck and delays over 6 months. Find another furniture store or only order in sock items from Structube

    Rude and insincere agent

    Such a pathetic to deal with. CS is rude and insincere. The agent scolded me on the phone when I raised my concern. Will not consider ordering from this company again.
