Maximum Roofing

After discovering that our 5-6 yr old roof that had been replaced by a previous homeowner was rotting, we asked around and several of our neighbours referred us to maximum roofing. Sean and his foreman John promptly came to our house in the winter to discover that the sheeting in our attic was covered in condensation and rotting. Sean was extremely professional with his assessment of our situation and even had another company come to give a second opinion. In the end, it was confirmed that we had a ventilation issue and we had to replace the sheeting, shingles and install new roof vents. I was very concerned about the moisture and the possibility of mold growth, Sean ensured that our roof was replaced as soon as the weather permitted. They were very efficient and tidy, I haven't found a single nail left behind! I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you all at Maximum roofing

He returned calls promptly and provided clear, accurate information. The estimate for the new roof was equal to or less than other estimates we received. On invoice, there were not additional surprises or unexpected charges. We would not hesitate to recommend Maximum to others.

This review is extremely tardy as I had my roof done some time ago by Maximum Roofing. I was going to write a review but never got around to it. Maximum Roofing did a great job on my house and with all the rains we have had this year, we are high and dry! The company gave us great service and a great roof! I would recommend them to anyone!

The first few roofing companies we called either didn't return calls at all or indicated that they would get a quote to us "at some point." We had a major renovation going on and needed firm timelines because a couple other projects needed the roof done first. One roofer that was personally recommended to us came out promptly to look at our roof, however he indicated it was too big of a job for his crew, and he recommended Maximum Roofing. By this time we had 3 other companies out to quote as well. Sean's value for price was the best - we liked that he didn't include unnecessary extras that some of the others included (which resulted in the others' prices being $1500 higher). Sean was very prompt when arriving to quote and provided a very thorough quote. I liked that they specifically mentioned doing a thorough clean up around the yard after the job too! Sean contacted us exactly within his planned timeframe to do the job. His crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day and completed the job on time. The foreman John was particularly knowledgeable and personable, but really I was impressed by the whole crew. Even one of our neighbours who can find anything to complain about said he was impressed with the whole crew. They completed the job on time and in a very skilled manner. They even helped us out with a couple other minor things that needed doing high up, and left behind some extra shingles. I am totally impressed and recommend Sean, John and the crew unreservedly!

Maximum roofing was recommended by a friend. Prior to the job, Sean took the time to review his quotation in detail; discussed the materials that would be used, "extras" that could be purchased and the warranty. His price was the best of the quotations I received. I was also pleased that he included proof that he had liability insurance (protection for the homeowner). On site, we were very pleased with the quality of the work. Sean's site crew worked efficiently, completing the job by the end of the day and did a thorough clean up.

Sean was highly recommended to me by a friend. Last year I asked him to give me an estimate on a partial vs whole roof replacement. He was the only contractor who actually got up onto the roof to evaluate the condition. He recommended a partial replacement (unlike all other companies who suggested an entirely new roof) & repaired a problem area while he was there, free of charge. This spring he came back to replace a portion of the roof and the job was done professionally, fast & ahead of schedule with thorough clean-up. I was particularly impressed with his professionalism & follow-through- would highly recommend Maximum & will be calling them again when the rest of the roof needs to be done.

Our roof was twenty years old and in very bad shape. We called a few roofing companies for estimates, and Maximum Roofing impressed us the most. Sean came to the house, explained the options, made some recommendations, and gave us a fair quote. He was flexible about timelines and waited until spring to do the roof. On roofing day, he came with a large team, got the job done in less than four hours, and cleaned up thoroughly. The roof looks fantastic, and this company was great to work with. Highly recommended.

Sean Bateman provided the most competitive prices and services compared to four other certifiied roofing companies. He was kind and patient enough to talk to high maintenance families to help cut down costs. We accepted most of the Timberline special package as well as a detailed cost breakdown of all his services. We were so impressed with the workers because they barely took a break during their nonstop 8 hour shift. They kept their music low and cleaned up the entire area including the neighbours of any debris. We strongly believe that our roof will last at least 25-30 years depending on the Canadian weather. We would strongly recommend friends for his help for extremely quality competitive prices. Never too expensive or too cheap either.

I'm a year late with this review, but after watching my neighbours re-roof their home this week, I thought... 'they should have called the guys at Maximum' like I did.

Sean came promptly to quote, was competitive and explained things clearly. He was also able to reasonably acquire and install my special request skylights. He was helpful with selecting shingle options etc.

The Maximum crew was tidy, efficient and polite... despite very hot working conditions.

In contrast, the neighbour's crew of competitors is making a mess and annoying the area with loud music. The neighbour's company even decided to park their truck in my driveway blocking me in. 'Complete' yahoos, if you ask me...

Maximum did not do anything silly like that, which I'm thankful for, and I would recommend them.
