Front stairs and retaining wall replacement
I first hired Fern Ridge last year to complete a plan for a complete landscape makeover that we could accomplish in phases. This year, we started phase one: a new retaining wall and front entrance stairs.
Throughout the process, Mike was communicative and responsive as we made our plans and, due to weather, had to reschedule. He was upfront and kept me in the loop as things changed.
The crew that arrived, lead by Kyle, were friendly and informative. Again, things didn't always go exactly as planned (it rained, shipments were delayed, etc), but they kept me continuously informed and updated. The men were respectful and worked hard, going above and beyond what was required of them when they offered to help load up garbage from the removal of the previous retaining wall. That was not in their job description, and I so appreciate them staying longer to do that.
I am very happy with the completion of this first phase and looking forward to continuing the projects with them until my property is complete! Thanks Mike, Kyle and everyone else!
