I ordered Dovemont sectional and gwen armchair back in Oct 2021. It took them 18 weeks to get to my house which was fine due to the pendamic. Our sales representative Amanda was super nice and helpful. My issue is that the armchair was not to my liking and as to any other store I expected to be offered the chance to return it, especially after waiting for that long.
Even though Amanda tried to help us as much as possible, the store manager was not cooprarive and offered us an unfair deal. He was not respectful and did not even give us a minute of his time, he was also suptly shouting at another couple with the same situation as us, so unprofessional. I would think 1000 times before buying from them again!
My only option now is to resell it and lose money on the Armchair, because of a lousy customer service! I just hope Amanda can get a better Job somewhere else, she was a sweetheart.
