Progico installed a Coraire mural Heat Pump in my home last July. The air conditioning worked great all summer but when it came time to heat..... nothing (flashing light saying service needed). When I called Progico and spoke with Dave, he was rude and condescending! Said they were too busy to even book an appointment. Dave said I should call back in a week or so and maybe they could book something. Since then, I have called several times. I sometimes get a "Voicemail box full" message but when I so manage to leave a message, they don't call me back. It is now January and the heat pump is still not working. My contractor has also tried to get resolution from them and failed.
My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the manufacturer.
This is a small company obviously only interested in the initial sale with NO resources for customer service!
