Faucet Fix

Kirk was very efficient, pleasant, neat and thorough. We are very pleased with the final product. He also fixed a leaking pipe in basement. We used Faucit Fix in the past and would not hesitate to use again

Faucet Fix was in to renovate our ensuite bathroom from start to finish. Completely satisfied. They were even prompt to finish touch-ups. Thumbs up to Faucet Fix highly recommend them.

The worker was punctual. He explained to me what needed to be done and quoted me the price of the job before he started in on it and had just taken things apart to find out what was the cause. He also caulked the faucet which had never been caulked before. I would recommend Faucet Fix with no hesitation whats so ever.

We contacted Faucet Fix for, what we thought was, a seal needing replacement for our toilet. What it turned into was a leak that had caused a lot of damage to our floor. The plumber that came, Mike, was friendly, polite and showed me everything that was damaged and explained what would need to be done and figured out the cost right on the spot.. Our floor was replaced, we decided to replace the older toilet and that was done, and he cleaned everything up before leaving. We only have one bathroom and Mike stayed until after 10pm to make sure it would be done and we wouldn't be left without until the next day. I have nothing but good things to say and this is our first service call. I would call Faucet Fix again in a heart beat!

I have been frustrated with the water pressure in my home for some time. It was scary to think of the cost and the stress to find someone who was reputable and reliable to fix the problem. Then the toilet went, the same time as the faucet in the kitchen, and did I mention the shower....by the drop. Curtis was awesome, his staff was efficient he was reassuring and trustworthy. I could not have asked for more, he and his crew fixed the issues, and my days literally have a fantastic start. I would reccomend them in a heart beat.

EXCELLENT,,I clogged up my toilet pretty bad and gave faucet fix a call. They were able to service me the next day! Quick in and out, very convenient for me. They were very professional and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

Faucet fix, does far more than fixing faucets. We had a leak, mike fixed it but saw with his camera that the pipes under our house were all rotted out. Mike and his gang had to dig out all of our plumbing, including and unbelievably incompetent job by a contractor and replace them. Other plumbers would snake and water flow, but mike told us the water was pooling under the house. Faucet fix never had such a huge job and their diligence saved my house.
Another bonus, mike was kind to my cat Quincy who stayed behind in the rubble as the trenches were dug, and showed me photos of Quincy. Mike kept us fully informed as our plumbing problems went from minor to major. Hire these guys for faucets or huge problems....they do a lot more than repair faucets

Showed up on schedule. Workmen were courteous, knowledgable and professional. Work was done in a reasonable time and they respected our home. Made sure everything was working properly and clean before they left. Would highly recommend. Will be calling to replace another toilet.
