North York Roofing

Ron was a wonderful person and had been more than a contractor to my family for more than 14 years. Since his passing this company has not only lost the outstanding customer service he provided but they are betraying their customers by denying the warranty that was provided to them when they had their roofs done by the company. My parents have called the company for over a year to ask them to fix their roof as the job that was done 3 years prior is causing a major leakage but they are ignoring all their calls although they had a 12 years warranty. Ron would not have done that so this is highly disappointing.
We will be discussing our options with an attorney but wanted to warn everyone else not to use this company in Ron's absence.
