My fridge does not work once I moved in. Fine, at least the customer care should offer some help. From beginning, She asked me to wait in my condo for the whole day.nothing happened. Then in the end of day, I made second call, she just gave me fridge company number and asked me to call by myself. I even do not understand why she is more angry than me! Worst customer service ever!
